Telehealth Services

What services are offered through telehealth?

Our telehealth services operate as a full-service virtual primary care clinic. We offer:

  • On-demand care via text, call, video, or direct messaging
  • Video visits, including evenings and weekends
  • In-home visits when appropriate
  • Physical exams and wellness checkups
  • Chronic condition management
  • Prescription writing and refills
  • Lab testing services
  • Health and nutritional coaching
  • Referrals to specialists (note: we do not provide specialist care directly)

Every interaction begins with your message, video call, or phone inquiry. From there, our healthcare professionals assess your needs and recommend next steps. If necessary, a provider may visit your home or office—often the same day.

What types of visits are available?

  • Messaging: Secure, on-demand answers via our app
  • Video Visits: Virtual care available after hours and on weekends
  • Home Visits: In-person care brought to your home, including exams and lab draws *(location dependent)

What conditions can be treated?

  • General Illnesses: Cold, flu, sore throat, cough, ear infections, pink eye
  • Skin Issues: Rashes, bites, acne, or bumps
  • Minor Injuries: Scrapes, bruises, cuts
  • Chronic Conditions: Ongoing management and support
  • Wellness Services: Annual physicals, pediatric care, and coaching

What are the benefits of using your telehealth services?

  • Immediate Access: No waiting days or weeks for care
  • Same-Day Visits: In-person care when needed *(location dependent)
  • Evening & Weekend Hours: We’re open when most clinics aren’t
  • Prescription Services: Easy renewals and new prescriptions
  • In-Home Convenience: Skip the waiting room

Is this health insurance?

No. Our telehealth service is not a health insurance plan. We recommend maintaining separate insurance for services we do not cover, such as:

  • Surgery or hospital stays
  • Pregnancy or childbirth
  • Specialist consultations
  • Mental health therapy
  • Prescription insurance coverage

Is this an urgent care service?

No. While we provide prompt responses and same-day visits in most cases, we are not equipped to handle true medical emergencies.
In an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest ER.

What are your hours?

  • Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Weekends: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Do you have a physical clinic?

No. We operate virtually and through house calls to offer flexible, cost-effective care.

Do you accept health insurance?

We do not accept insurance. This allows us to offer transparent, lower-cost care by removing the middleman—ensuring your dollars go directly to care.

How does MyRxAccess offer such big savings?

We work directly with drug manufacturers and wholesalers—cutting out middlemen and passing the savings to you for generic maintenance medications.

What are maintenance medications?

Maintenance (chronic) medications treat long-term conditions. A few examples would be high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
These are safe, first-line therapies taken regularly. For a full list, check the “Chronic Formulary” in the documents section of your member portal.

How do I fill my maintenance prescription?

Your doctor can:

  • E-prescribe
  • Fax
  • Call in your prescription

Once we receive it, our team will contact you to verify personal details before processing your order.

How long does home delivery take?

Once verified, medications ship in 3–5 business days. All shipments are tracked via USPS or UPS, ensuring secure delivery to your door. Medications are sent in 90 day supplies and are refillable.

What's the difference between acute and chronic medications?

  • Acute: Short-term or immediate-use medications (i.e. antibiotics)
  • Chronic: Ongoing treatment for long-term conditions

What if my medication isn't on the formulary?

No problem! Bring your prescription to a retail pharmacy and present your prescription card for special discounted pricing.
Use our Pharmacy Locator to find a network pharmacy (over 64,000 locations).

How do I transfer my prescription to MyRxAccess?

Your doctor can call or e-scribe it to us directly. Or we can handle the transfer for you—just request it and we’ll coordinate with your doctor or retail pharmacy.

Can I get faster shipping?

Yes. Call Customer Service at 1-833-870-2732 for expedited shipping options.

What is pharmacy coaching?

Licensed Pharmacists and support staff help you explore cost-saving options and alternative medications. We’ll even consult with your doctor if needed.

Is this a discount card?

No. This is a membership card, not a generic discount card—designed to offer access to deeply discounted prescription prices and services.
