David McCay earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. An experienced entrepreneur and visionary in the healthcare space, David has founded or co-founded five companies, including MyRxAccessPlus.
Driven by a strong belief that healthcare can be delivered more efficiently and affordably through innovative for-profit models, David launched MyRxAccessPlus to help transform the way care is accessed and delivered. His leadership continues to focus on creating scalable, cost-effective healthcare solutions that improve outcomes for patients and providers alike.
Richard Bulich brings over 40 years of diverse experience across multiple sectors of pharmacy, including hospital, home infusion, specialty pharmacy, hospice care, clinical drug trials, and group purchasing. Throughout his distinguished career, he has founded three successful pharmacy-related companies and has partnered with private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions within the home infusion and specialty pharmacy space.
Richard has served in board positions for the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and Pharmaceutical Buyers Inc., contributing his expertise to shape industry standards and best practices. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California and completed a postdoctoral residency in Clinical Pharmacy at Memorial Hospital Medical Center in Long Beach, California.
Timothy Bates is a seasoned product executive, engineer, and founder with a track record of multiple successful exits. With over 40 years of experience spanning a wide range of industries, Tim has served as a board advisor and fractional leader for both growth-stage and enterprise technology companies.
He brings his deep expertise in product development and strategic scaling to MyRxAccessPlus, where he is guiding the expansion of our product portfolio in response to increasing market demand. His leadership plays a key role in shaping innovative, scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.
Keith Miller brings a dynamic and unconventional career path to his role as Director of Revenue at MyRxAccess Plus. A former University of Colorado football player in the early 1990s, Keith went on to play professional football before making a dramatic pivot into the world of opera. He earned a coveted spot at the prestigious Academy of Vocal Arts in Philadelphia. His career led to over 350 performances at the Metropolitan Opera in New York City, as well as appearances on renowned stages around the globe. His artistic achievements earned him induction into the Colorado Music Hall of Fame as well as a Grammy nomination.
Leveraging his broad network, natural leadership, and deep experience in high-performance environments, Keith transitioned into the business world. At MyRxAccess Plus, he now applies his unique blend of relationship-building, discipline, and vision to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
Kyle Smith serves as Governance and Legal Advisor and Board Secretary for MyRxAccess, LLC. In this role, he provides strategic counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and board operations. Drawing on over two decades of legal leadership in the energy and resources sectors, Kyle brings a disciplined, risk-aware approach to supporting early-stage innovation. His experience ensures that MyRxAccess maintains strong governance foundations as it scales.
